Incorrect -- Correct

The man, who has too many ties, has too few necks.
The man who has too many ties has too few necks.

The cats, with six toes, are a unique attraction of the tour of Hemingway's house.
The cats with six toes are a unique attraction of the tour of Hemingway's house.
